1. Select Edit | Insert Field. A list of fields from the client table will be displayed.
2. Select the FIRST_NAME field and click OK.
3. Type a space and then insert the LAST_NAME field.
4. Press Enter to start a new line.
5. Insert the ADDRESS_1 line.
6. Press Enter to start a new line.
7. Insert the CITY field. Type a comma and a space.
8. Insert the STATE field.
9. Type a space and then insert the ZIP field.
10. Press enter twice to create a blank line below the address fields.
11. Type 'Dear', then a space, then insert the FIRST_NAME field.
12. Type a comma and press Enter twice.
13. Locate the start of the second paragraph (starts with the words 'We would like…').
14. Change this to '<FIRST_NAME>, we would like…'
1. Selecione Editar | Inserir campo. A lista dos campos da tabela cliente será exibido.
2. Selecione o campo FIRST_NAME e clique em OK.
3. Digite um espaço e, em seguida, insira o campo LAST_NAME.
4. Pressione Enter para iniciar uma nova linha.
5. Insira a linha Address_1.
6. Pressione Enter para iniciar uma nova linha.
7. Insira o campo Cidade. Digite uma vírgula e um espaço.
8. Insira o campo ESTADO.
9. Digite um espaço e, em seguida, insira o campo ZIP.
10. Pressione a tecla Enter duas vezes para criar uma linha em branco abaixo dos campos de endereço.
11. Digite 'Querido', em seguida, um espaço, em seguida, insira o campo FIRST_NAME.
12. Escreva uma vírgula e pressione Enter duas vezes.
13. Localize o início do segundo parágrafo (começa com as palavras “Nós gostaríamos … ').
14. Alterar esta a '<FIRST_NAME>, gostaríamos …'
15. Close the Rich Text Editor. Click the Yes button when the Save Changes dialog appears.
16. Select File | Save from the Delphi main menu.
17. Preview the report. The data from the clients table should be displayed.
15. Feche o Editor de Rich Text. Clique no botão Sim, quando o diálogo Salvar alterações aparece.
16. Selecione Arquivo | Salvar a partir do menu principal Delphi.
17. Visualize o relatório. Os dados da tabela de clientes deve ser exibido.
